5 Themes of the US activity
Students will work in groups separated by region. Apply the five themes to each region by separating tasks among the group.

1. West

Place- Physical and Human features ( Climate, Resources, Bodies of Water, Ethnicity if applicable)
Region- (Similar physical conditions, Linked by cultural traits)
HEI- (peoples adaptations to the environment, How people have changed the environment)
Movement- (travel from place to place, Exchange of goods and ideas)
Location- Relative location describing location in relation to other countries, bodies of water, and equator and North Pole.
